How Jessica invests

Jessica is an investor at Cade Partners. Her work spans sourcing, diligence, and deal execution, with a focus on understanding industry dynamics, identifying operational levers, and supporting management teams post-close.

Prior to Cade, Jessica worked at Amulet Capital Partners in their west coast office and was involved with their provider services and physician practice management investments. Prior to Amulet, Jessica was an analyst at Credit Suisse in New York and worked on deals across multiple industries.

She graduated in 2021 from The University of Texas at Austin, where she built a dual foundation in mathematics and business within an honors-program environment. Jessica is drawn to businesses where the edge comes not from financial engineering, but from deep understanding of systems, incentives, and long-term value creation.
